Lokasi Penempatan : Jakarta barat Pendidikan Minimum : Diploma/D1/D2/D3 Pengalaman Kerja : 1-2 tahun Jenis Kelamin : Pria & Wanita Gaji : Rp 3,5 juta - Rp 5 juta Tipe Pekerjaan : Kontrak/Sementara

-  Max. 30 years old
-  Education background in Diploma (D3) from Economy/Accounting/Tourism School  
   from a reputable academy/university
-  The candidates should have working experience as F&B controller in reputable HOTEL OR RESTAURANT.
-  Result oriented, High integrity attitude, good team work, excellent numerical skill, MS
   office literate (Ms words and excel)

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the controlling of Food and Beverages cost and any related operation in F&B function
- Supervising daily inventory of perishables and bar
- Controlling cost of staff meals
- Preparing food cost reconciliation
- The incumbent shall be responsible for computing the cost of F&B items, Advise
  management on ways of controlling of food cost.
- Preparing a monthly report.
